New For 2025!
Introducing the Scheels Team Series! $50 one-time entry fee per team, due by April 18th, 2025. However much we raise from that, Scheels will match, up to $500. So for example, if we get 10 teams at $50 each, Scheels will give us another $500, and the winning team would be awarded with a $1,000 Scheels gift card at the end of the season. 2025 CKB Scheels Team Series Rules
- Team of The Year will be based on each team’s best 3 events of the season, including the championship.
- Points are awarded by combining the two team members AOY points at event for the team total. Example: Angler “A” finishes 4that the Chatfield event, he gets 97 pts. Angler “B” finishes 10th in the same regular season event and gets 91pts. So, the Teams total would be 188pts for the Chatfield Event. Both anglers must be present at an event for that event to count towards the Team Series.
- Highest points total for three events wins the TOY title.
- $50 per team (must be paid by April 18, 2025). Team must be announced by April 18, 2025.
- SCHEELS will match us up to $500 (10 teams). The Team Series winning team will receive a gift card equaling the total of the team entry fees plus the Scheels matching amount. Example: If there are 10 teams, the winning team will receive a $1,000 gift card. If there are 8 teams, the winning team will receive an $800 gift card. If there are 11 teams, the winning team will receive a $1,050 gift card.
- Tie breakers will be awarded to the team with the biggest fish of the year. If a tie still exists, then we will go to the next biggest fish, so on and so forth. If we still tie there will be a split in SCHEELS gift cards.
